Affordable, Transparent Tuition at University of South Los Angeles
The University of South Los Angeles is committed to providing students with clear and accessible information about the cost of their education.
Tuition varies by degree program, enrollment status, number of academic units, and individual course selection. Unless otherwise stated, tuition is charged by academic unit.
Students should review their Enrollment Agreement and the current University Catalog for the complete tuition schedule, institutional fees, payment requirements, refund policies, and other applicable charges.

Tuition by Program
Associate of Arts in Accounting
Tuition: $150 per academic unit
Full-Time Enrollment: 12 units or more per quarter
Estimated Full-Time Tuition: $1,800 per quarter*
The Associate of Arts in Accounting program provides students with foundational education in accounting, business, financial reporting, and related professional skills.
Bachelor of Business Administration
Tuition: $150 per academic unit
Full-Time Enrollment: 12 units or more per quarter
Estimated Full-Time Tuition: $1,800 per quarter*
The Bachelor of Business Administration program prepares students to develop knowledge in management, business operations, leadership, finance, marketing, and organizational decision-making.
Master of Business Administration
Tuition: $170 per academic unit
Full-Time Enrollment: 9 units or more per quarter
Estimated tuition at 9 units: $1,530 per quarter*
The Master of Business Administration program provides graduate-level study in business management, leadership, strategy, finance, marketing, and organizational decision-making.
Understanding Your Tuition Estimate
*Estimated quarterly tuition is based on the minimum number of units listed for full-time enrollment. Actual tuition may be higher or lower depending on the student’s registered academic load and program requirements.
Tuition estimates do not include application fees, registration fees, international-student charges, books, supplies, or other applicable institutional fees.
Students are encouraged to request an individualized cost estimate from the Admissions Office before enrolling.

Not every fee applies to every student or academic program.
Students receive information regarding applicable institutional charges through their Enrollment Agreement and current University Catalog.
International Student Tuition and Fees
International students may be subject to additional administrative, immigration-document, registration, or student-service fees.
Students requiring Form I-20 documentation should contact the University before enrollment to receive a complete estimate of tuition and applicable international-student charges.

Payment and Financial Responsibility
Students are responsible for understanding their tuition and fee obligations before beginning their program.
The University’s Enrollment Agreement identifies applicable institutional charges, payment requirements, and student financial responsibilities.
Students who have questions about their account or payment arrangements should contact the University before the applicable payment deadline.
Student’s Right to Cancel
A student has the right to cancel an enrollment agreement and receive a refund of eligible charges paid through attendance at the first class session or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever occurs later.

Written notice may be delivered personally or sent by mail. A notice sent by mail becomes effective when properly addressed, postage paid, and deposited in the mail.
The cancellation notice does not need to follow a particular format. It must clearly state that the student no longer wishes to be bound by the Enrollment Agreement.
Enrollment Agreement Cancellation forms are available for student convenience.
Any refund due following a valid cancellation will be processed in accordance with the University’s published refund policy and applicable requirements.
Withdrawal Policy
Students have the right to withdraw from an educational program or course of instruction.
Students should submit withdrawal requests in writing to the Registrar’s Office. A request may be delivered in person or submitted by mail. When mailed, the applicable postmark date may be used as the effective date of withdrawal.
After the cancellation period, the University will determine whether the student qualifies for a refund under the University’s applicable refund policy.
Students remain responsible for charges associated with the portion of their educational program completed or provided before the effective withdrawal date.
Students may also be considered withdrawn under circumstances identified in the University Catalog and Enrollment Agreement, including failure to attend or otherwise participate in their educational program.
Refund Policy
The University of South Los Angeles administers student refunds in accordance with its institutional policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Cancellation During the Cancellation Period
A student who properly cancels within the applicable cancellation period may be entitled to a refund of eligible institutional charges paid.
Certain properly disclosed administrative or nonrefundable fees may be retained when permitted by applicable requirements.
Withdrawal After the Cancellation Period
Students who withdraw after the cancellation period may qualify for a prorated refund based on the portion of the applicable educational program or period of attendance completed.
The University’s official refund calculation and applicable student responsibilities are described in the current University Catalog and Enrollment Agreement.
Credit Balances
Eligible student credit balances will be processed in accordance with the University’s published policies and applicable requirements.
Federal Student Aid
If federal student financial aid becomes applicable to an individual student’s enrollment, separate federal Return of Title IV Funds requirements may apply.
Federal financial aid calculations and institutional refund calculations may be different.
Students should consult the University’s current financial-aid disclosures and applicable institutional policies for further information.
F-1 International Students
F-1 students are responsible for maintaining their immigration status and complying with applicable enrollment requirements.
Withdrawal, dismissal, unauthorized reduction in enrollment, or failure to maintain required enrollment may affect an international student’s SEVIS record.
Students should speak with a University Designated School Official (DSO) before making enrollment changes that could affect F-1 status.
